Google Workspace Setup

A business email address on your own domain — you@yourbusiness.com instead of a free Gmail address — is one of the simplest things that makes a business look established. Google Workspace gives you that, plus Gmail's interface, Drive storage, Docs/Sheets, and Meet, all under one account per team member.

What's included

• Basic onboarding — getting your team set up on Gmail, Drive, and Meet.
• Mail migration guidance if you're moving from an existing email provider, so you don't lose old emails in the switch.

How we work

We verify your domain with Google, configure the DNS records correctly (MX, SPF, DKIM — these matter for deliverability and spam prevention), create your mailboxes, and walk your team through the basics. If you're migrating from another provider, we plan that transition to minimize downtime.

Google Workspace vs. Microsoft 365

Both give you professional email on your own domain plus office tools — the difference is mainly the ecosystem (Gmail/Docs/Drive vs. Outlook/Word/Excel) and what your team is already comfortable using. Billing

Google Workspace itself is billed per user, per month, directly by Google — that's separate from our one-time setup and onboarding fee, which we quote based on your team size and migration complexity.
