Dynamic Website Design

A website built on a content-management system, so you can update your own content without needing a developer every time.

Modern dynamic website design on a laptop screen

A dynamic website runs on a content-management system (CMS), which means the pages, images, and text live in an editable backend rather than being hard-coded. That matters if your business changes often — new offers, new services, a blog, or seasonal updates — and you don't want to wait on us (or pay us) every time something small needs to change.

What's included

  • CMS setup so you (or your team) can log in and edit pages, add posts, and update images yourself.
  • Custom design matched to your brand, not a generic unmodified template.
  • Mobile-friendly, responsive layout across devices.
  • Basic training on how to make common edits after launch, so you're not dependent on us for every small change.
  • Basic on-page SEO foundation, same as our static builds.

How we work

We start with your content and structure needs, propose a sitemap and CMS approach suited to how often you'll actually be updating things, build and configure the site, then hand over access with a short walkthrough so you're comfortable making edits yourself.

Dynamic vs. Static — which do you need?

If you'll be publishing regularly — offers, updates, a blog, changing service details — a dynamic site saves you from needing us for every edit. If your content is mostly stable, a Static Website is simpler and faster to build. If you're selling products online with a cart and checkout, that's a distinct build — see E-Commerce Website.

Keeping it running

A CMS needs occasional updates (security patches, plugin updates) to stay safe and fast — that's covered under Website Maintenance, which we recommend pairing with any dynamic build.

Which CMS do you use?

We choose the CMS based on what fits your needs and budget best — we'll explain the choice and why during your quote, rather than locking you into one platform by default.

Will I really be able to update it myself without technical knowledge?

Yes — the CMS interface is built for non-technical editing, and we walk you through common tasks (adding a page, swapping an image, publishing a post) after launch.

What if I don't end up updating it often?

That's fine, but if your content is genuinely stable, a Static Website is usually a better and simpler fit — we'll tell you honestly if that's the case for your business.

Every quote is itemized and exclusive of applicable GST. No fixed rate card — we quote based on your actual scope.
