A domain is billed separately, and renews annually
Domain registration is typically an annual cost paid to the domain registry, separate from any website or hosting fee. We keep this itemized clearly in your quote and remind you ahead of renewal so you never lose your domain by accident.
What a domain connects to
On its own, a domain doesn't do anything — it needs to be pointed at hosting for your website and, if you want professional email, at Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. We handle that connection as part of setup.
Will I own the domain, or will you?
You own it — the domain is registered under your business's details, not ours. This matters because it means you're never locked into us to keep your own domain.
What if my preferred domain name is already taken?
We'll suggest sensible alternatives (different extension, small variation) — we won't just pick something for you without checking first.
Do I need a new domain if I already have a website elsewhere?
No — if you already own a domain, we can work with it directly and just configure the DNS records correctly for your new site or email.
